Find a quiet place to sit with your back straight and your hands face down on either leg in your lap with your feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and start breathing out with a long exhalation through the mouth followed by a normal inhalation through the nose 3 times than breath naturally:
In Your Minds Eye. See and feel how you will see clarity, if you close your eyes. Breath out one time.
Sense and know how you will hear truth, if you cease to listen. Breath out one time.
Feel and know how your heart will sing, if you’re silent. Breath out one time.
Feel and know how you will find union, if you seek no contact. Breathe out one time.
Feel and know how you will need no strength, if you are gentle. Feel and know how you will achieve all things, if you are patient. Breathe out one time.
See and feel how you will remain entire, if you are humble. Breathe out one time and open your eyes.
Hold the image and feeling in your heart through the day. You can tape yourself reading through the image and play it each morning for the next 21 days as you practice the meditation.
